What's Happening

  Kindergarten Registration

Kindergarten registration for the 2017-2018 school year will take place at each elementary school on April 11 and 12, 2017 from 3:00-6:00pm

Teachers, the school secretary, the health assistant and principal will be at each building to welcome parents and students. Parents should bring their child, as well as the students' birth certificate, immunization records, and three proofs of residency (utility bill, rent receipts, etc.) Parents will be able to use the computers to input information such as address and phone number for their child. Students will have a short assessment to do with a kindergarten teacher.

Parents will also be able to complete a form for their child to participate in the Kindergarten Jump Start Program if they wish. The program will be taught by certified teachers at each individual school on July 17- July 28 from 8:30-12:00. The program will help to provide instruction on procedures and routines, as well as readiness skills. We're looking forward to meeting all of our incoming kindergarten students!
